Zoho One Consulting & Implementation
Zoho One is powerful but vast. We give you a roadmap and a unified implementation so every department runs on one connected platform.
Get the full value of all 45+ Zoho apps under one strategy.
Zoho One bundles 45+ applications - but value comes from how they work together, not from turning them all on at once.
We build a phased adoption roadmap, configure each app to your processes, and unify users, data, and analytics so your whole company operates from a single platform.
What's included
- Zoho One readiness assessment & roadmap
- Multi-app implementation (CRM, Books, People, Desk…)
- Unified user & directory management
- Cross-app workflows & analytics
- Single sign-on & security setup
- Department-by-department rollout
- Admin training & governance
- Ongoing optimization
What a Zoho One implementation actually covers
The licence gives you 45+ applications on day one. That is the part people find overwhelming, and it is also the part that matters least: almost nobody needs 45 apps. A Zoho One implementation is the work of deciding which six or eight carry your business, configuring those properly, and wiring them to each other so a record entered once is not retyped anywhere.
We start by mapping what your company already does - how a lead becomes a customer, how that customer becomes an invoice, who needs to see what along the way. The app list falls out of that map rather than the other way round. Apps that do not appear on the map stay switched off until there is a reason to turn them on.
The core, almost always
CRM for the pipeline, Books for invoicing and accounts, and one of Desk or Projects depending on whether you support customers or deliver to them. These three carry most businesses and are where we start.
The connective tissue
Directory for one identity per person, Flow and Deluge for the automations between apps, and Analytics reading across all of them. This layer is what turns separate apps into one system, and it is the layer most self-installs skip.
Department by department
People for HR, Recruit for hiring, Expense for claims, Campaigns and Marketing Automation for outbound, Inventory, Sign, WorkDrive. Each one is added when the team that will own it is ready, not at go-live.
Zoho One data migration, without losing your history
Most Zoho One projects are not greenfield. There is a CRM full of real pipeline, an accounting system with years of ledger, spreadsheets that someone maintains by hand, and a support inbox nobody wants to lose. Moving all of it is usually the riskiest part of the project and the part quoted most casually.
We migrate in a sandbox first and reconcile before anything touches production: record counts, totals, open balances, owner assignment, and the relationships between objects - which contact belongs to which account, which invoice to which deal. Attachments and notes come with their records, and historical timestamps are preserved rather than stamped with the import date, because a pipeline where every deal was created last Tuesday tells you nothing.
Anything that cannot migrate cleanly gets named before go-live, not discovered after. That list is short, but it is always better as a decision than as a surprise.
What to ask a Zoho One implementation partner
Zoho One consultants are not interchangeable, and the differences rarely show up in a proposal. These are the questions that separate the ones who will finish from the ones who will hand you a half-configured platform and an invoice.
Who owns it after go-live?
A platform that nobody administers drifts back to spreadsheets within a year. Ask who holds admin, what happens when a field needs changing in month four, and whether that is included or billed.
Can they write Deluge, or only configure?
Most of what makes Zoho One feel like one system - cross-app automations, custom functions, API work - is code. A partner who only clicks through settings screens will tell you the limits of the settings screens are the limits of Zoho.
What does the rollout plan look like?
A plan that turns everything on in one weekend is a plan that will be abandoned. Ask for the phase order and the reason behind it, and for what each phase is supposed to change about someone's working day.
How is the migration verified?
Ask what gets reconciled and who signs it off. If the answer is a record count, that is not a reconciliation - it is a row tally that passes happily while every amount is wrong.
