Zoho Desk Automation Experts
Stop triaging by hand. We set up routing, SLAs, escalations and self-service in Zoho Desk so your team answers the tickets that need a person and nothing else.
Tickets that route, escalate and close themselves.
Most support teams do not have a volume problem, they have a sorting problem. Tickets arrive in one queue, somebody reads every one to decide who it belongs to, and the urgent ones are found by accident.
Zoho Desk can do nearly all of that sorting itself. We configure the routing, service levels, escalation paths and macros so work reaches the right person automatically, and connect Desk to CRM, Books and your other systems so an agent sees the whole customer without opening a second tab.

Getting the ticket to the right person automatically
Assignment is where most Desk setups stop short. The default is a shared queue and a round robin, which spreads work evenly and ignores whether the person receiving it can actually answer it.
We route on what the ticket is, not just on whose turn it is: product or module, customer tier, language, channel, and whether this contact already has an open ticket about the same thing. Skill-based rules send the specialised work to the people who handle it; load-based rules keep the general queue fair. The result is that an agent opens their queue and finds work they can start, rather than a pile they first have to redistribute.
Departments and queues
Separate departments for separate teams, each with its own channels, agents and service levels - so support, billing and onboarding stop sharing one inbox.
Skill and tier based rules
Route by product area, customer plan or contract, and by language, so the ticket lands with someone equipped to close it first time.
Round robin that respects capacity
Even distribution bounded by how much each agent already has open, and by who is actually working today.
SLAs, escalation and the breach you did not see coming
An SLA that only reports breaches is a measurement, not a commitment. The value is in the hours before one - when something can still be done about it.
We set response and resolution targets per department, priority and customer tier, running against real business hours and holiday calendars rather than a flat clock. Escalations are staged: a nudge to the owner, then the team lead, then a manager, each firing at a percentage of the window rather than at the end of it. Tickets waiting on the customer stop the clock, which keeps the numbers honest and stops the metric being gamed by closing things early.
The cheapest ticket is the one never raised
Every support team has a list of questions it answers over and over. Automating the reply is useful; removing the need to ask is better.
A help centre worth visiting
Knowledge base structured by what customers search for, not by your internal org chart, with the articles your agents actually paste into replies.
Deflection at the point of asking
The submit-a-ticket form suggests matching articles as the customer types, which quietly removes a slice of volume before it arrives.
Zia answer bot
Set up against your own knowledge base, answering the repetitive questions and handing over cleanly - with the conversation attached - when it cannot.
Macros for the rest
One-click responses that set fields, add the article, notify the right team and move the ticket on, so a routine reply is a click instead of five.
What you get out of it
Outcomes that matter to your business - not just features.
No manual triage
Tickets route themselves by product, customer, language or priority.
SLAs that hold
Escalations fire before a breach, not in the report afterwards.
Fewer tickets to answer
Self-service and deflection handle the questions asked a hundred times.
Full customer context
Desk shows CRM history and Books invoices beside the ticket.
