Zoho Service

Zoho Integration Services

Eliminate double data entry and disconnected systems. We integrate Zoho apps with each other and with the third-party platforms you depend on.

Overview

Connect Zoho with the tools your business already runs on.

Disconnected tools cost you hours of manual work and create data you can't trust. We build reliable, bidirectional integrations that keep every system in sync.

Whether it's a native Zoho-to-Zoho flow or a custom API integration with QuickBooks, Stripe, Mailchimp, Microsoft Teams, or your ERP, we handle authentication, error handling, and monitoring.

What's included

  • Zoho-to-Zoho native integrations
  • QuickBooks & Xero accounting sync
  • Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay)
  • Email & marketing (Mailchimp, Campaigns)
  • Microsoft Teams, Slack & Google Workspace
  • Custom REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Webhooks & real-time event sync
  • Data validation & error monitoring
Approach

How we build a Zoho integration that keeps working

Almost anything can be connected once. The difference between an integration and a demo is what happens on the bad days - when the other system is down, when a record arrives with a field missing, when someone renames a picklist value that three automations depended on.

So every integration we build assumes failure is normal. Calls are retried with backoff rather than dropped, each sync writes a log entry you can read without us, and anything that cannot be resolved automatically raises an alert instead of failing quietly. The quiet failures are the expensive ones: an integration that silently stops is worse than no integration, because the team keeps trusting the data.

Zoho to Zoho

CRM to Books, Desk to CRM, Creator to anything. Native where native is enough, Deluge and the Zoho APIs where it is not - which is more often than the feature list suggests once your process stops matching the default.

Zoho to third party

QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mailchimp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, WooCommerce. Built against each vendor's own API and its real rate limits, not a generic connector.

Zoho to anything with an API

If a system speaks REST, SOAP or webhooks, it can be integrated - including internal systems and ERPs nobody has ever written a connector for. Custom authentication, custom payloads, custom field mapping.

Zoho to a system with no API at all

Scheduled file exchange, SFTP drops, database-level sync, or a thin middleware service we host. Uglier than an API, and still better than a person retyping orders every morning.

Direction and conflict

One-way, two-way, and who wins a conflict

Most integration briefs say "keep them in sync" and stop there. That sentence hides the only decision that really matters: when the same record changes in both systems before either has synced, which version survives?

We settle that per field, not per integration, and we settle it before writing any code. The customer's address might be owned by the accounting system while the phone number is owned by the CRM; a deal amount might flow one way only. Writing these rules down is unglamorous work, and skipping it is how businesses end up with two systems that quietly overwrite each other all day.

Where the answer genuinely is "it depends", we do not guess. The record is flagged for a human, which is slower and honest, instead of silently picking the most recent timestamp and hoping.

What you are handed

What a finished integration includes

An integration is a system you will own long after the project ends, so it is handed over as one rather than as a working mystery.

A field map you can read

Every field, its direction of travel, its transformation, and who owns it on conflict - in a document your team can check without reading code.

Logs and alerts

A record of what synced and when, plus an alert when something needs attention. Visible to you, not just to us.

Credentials in your name

API keys, OAuth apps and connections created under your accounts. If you ever change provider, nothing is hostage.

A re-run path

A documented way to replay a failed window once the other system is back, so an outage costs you an afternoon of sync and not a week of manual repair.

Benefits

What you get out of it

Outcomes that matter to your business - not just features.

One source of truth

Data stays consistent across every platform automatically.

No more double entry

Records sync in real time so your team stops copying data.

Reliable by design

Robust error handling and retries keep integrations running.

Fully monitored

We add logging and alerts so issues surface before they hurt.
