Zoho Analytics & Business Intelligence

Bring data from every source into one place and turn it into clear, interactive dashboards your whole team can act on.

Overview

Turn scattered data into dashboards that drive decisions.

Data is only useful when people can see and act on it. We connect your sources, model the data, and build dashboards that answer the questions leadership actually asks.

From sales performance to finance and operations, we deliver self-service BI with the right metrics, drill-downs, and automated reporting.

The basics

What Zoho Analytics does that built-in reports cannot

Every Zoho app has its own reports, and for questions about one app they are often enough. Zoho Analytics is a separate business intelligence tool, and it earns its place the moment a question spans more than one source: revenue in Books against pipeline in CRM, support load in Desk against account size, marketing spend from an ad platform against deals it produced.

Analytics pulls data from Zoho apps through built-in connectors and from many outside sources - databases, spreadsheets, cloud storage and other business applications - and lets you join them, model them and build dashboards on the combined data. Which connectors are available, how often data syncs, and how many rows you can hold depend on your Analytics plan.

The problems

Reporting problems a Zoho Analytics consultant solves

These are the situations that usually lead to an Analytics project. The tool is rarely the hard part; agreeing what the numbers mean is.

The weekly numbers are built by hand

Someone exports from three systems every Monday and stitches them together in a spreadsheet. Analytics syncs the sources on a schedule and the dashboard is current when people open it.

Two reports, two different answers

Sales and finance each report revenue, and the figures never match - because they define it differently. We agree one definition per metric, document it, and build it once so every dashboard uses the same calculation.

Dashboards nobody opens

Thirty charts built because they were possible. We start from the decisions each audience makes and build only what serves them, with drill-downs for the questions that follow.

Data that does not join cleanly

Customer names spelt three ways across systems, no shared ID. Part of the work is finding or creating the key that links records, and cleaning what does not match.

Where it is used

Zoho Analytics dashboards by team

Typical starting points. Each is built from your own data and definitions rather than a template.

Sales leadership

Pipeline coverage, conversion by stage and source, forecast against target, and rep activity - with drill-down to the deals behind each number.

Finance

Revenue, receivables ageing, cash collection, and margin by customer or product, combining Books with CRM so revenue can be traced back to the deals that produced it.

Support and operations

Ticket volume, response and resolution times against SLA, backlog trends, and workload by agent or team from Desk and Projects.

Marketing

Campaign performance joined to pipeline and revenue, so spend can be judged on the deals it produced rather than on clicks.
