Zoho Marketplace Extension Development
Turn a working solution into a product - packaged, versioned, and installable in one click, whether that's privately across your own org or publicly on Zoho Marketplace.
Packaged, installable extensions for your org or Zoho Marketplace.
An extension is the packaged version of a Zoho solution. Where a widget is one embedded screen, an extension bundles everything a feature needs - widgets, custom fields, connectors, workflow rules, custom functions and settings - into a single installable unit with its own version history.
That packaging matters for two reasons. Internally, it means a solution can be installed across multiple Zoho orgs consistently instead of being rebuilt by hand in each one. Externally, it means the solution can be listed on Zoho Marketplace, where it becomes a product other businesses can find and install.
We build both kinds. Private extensions are the right answer when a company runs several Zoho orgs, or a consultancy wants to deploy the same tooling to every client. Public Marketplace extensions are the right answer when a solution you've already built solves a problem far beyond your own business - at which point it becomes a distribution channel rather than a cost.

Who needs a custom Zoho extension
Packaging is extra work, so it is worth it only when the same solution has to exist in more than one place, or be updated without being rebuilt. Three kinds of business usually fit that description.
Companies running several Zoho orgs
Subsidiaries, regions or brands each with their own Zoho account. Without an extension, every improvement is configured by hand in each org and they drift apart. With one, the same version is installed everywhere and upgraded together.
Zoho partners and consultancies
Teams who build the same tooling for many clients. An extension turns repeated project work into an installable product, with settings each client can adjust without touching the underlying code.
Software vendors integrating with Zoho
Products that want Zoho customers as users. A Marketplace listing puts the integration where those customers already look, installable without a developer on their side.
What a Zoho extension can contain
An extension is a bundle, and part of the design work is deciding what belongs in it versus what each installer should configure themselves. The components available depend on the target Zoho product.
Widgets and settings screens
The interface the user sees, plus a configuration page where the installing admin enters API keys, picks options and maps fields to their own setup.
Custom fields, modules and related lists
The data structure the feature depends on, created automatically on install so no admin has to follow a setup checklist.
Connectors
Authentication to external services, so each installing org connects its own account and credentials never pass through the extension author.
Custom functions and workflows
The automation behind the feature, shipped with the package and versioned alongside it.
Building an extension for people you will never meet
The hard part of an extension is not the feature, it is every installation you will not be present for. The admin installing it has different field names, different permissions and a different idea of what the feature is for.
So we design for the installer first: sensible defaults, a settings screen that explains itself, and clear failure messages when a setting is missing. Versions are planned so an upgrade does not break existing data, and we test across fresh orgs with different editions and configurations before release - because an extension that only works in the org it was built in is not really an extension.
What you get out of it
Outcomes that matter to your business - not just features.
Install once, not every time
One package deploys across every org instead of manual rebuilds.
Versioned and upgradable
Ship improvements as releases, with a clear rollback path.
A distribution channel
A Marketplace listing puts your solution in front of Zoho's user base.

How we deliver this service
Scope the package
What the extension installs, who installs it, and whether it belongs in your org privately or on Marketplace publicly.
Design for installers
An extension is used by people who didn't build it, so setup screens, defaults and permissions are designed deliberately.
Build & package
Widgets, connectors, custom fields and functions developed with ZET and assembled into a versioned, installable bundle.
Test across orgs
Installed cleanly into a fresh sandbox org - the way a real installer will meet it, not the way a developer knows it.
Publish & maintain
Submission and review support for Marketplace listings, then ongoing version updates as Zoho's platform evolves.
